Soap Mould For HRD Stamper: Made by MGM international (UK), these HRD stampers can produce banded as well as band less soap. These stampers contain female die box along with upper and lower punch which have cooling and mechanical ejection along with base plate fitting. These can be provided to our clients in customized specifications as per the client’s requirements.  

Stamper Soap Moulds: We are offering mazzoni stur 4n /7n stamper soap mould which was introduced in italy and is widely used for bulk production. The mould has upper and lower cavities which are supported with air ejection and water cooling systems with base plate. We use brass rolling or brass moonzs, having base plate and deflashing plate in aluminium for production of these moulds.

Double Cavity Shell Die Set: Used by various medium scale manufacturers, our pneumatic control double cavity shell die set is appreciated for features like high efficiency and low maintenance. In this product, the soap is free from any band. The set contains shell plate which is constructed from stainless steel whereas the top & bottom cavities are made from brass rolling metal. Moreover, the set also has air ejection & chilling system duly fitted with base plate.
